I have had the same dream since high school. Each time I have this it is just me and a shadow figure wearing a black coat and black hat. Most of the time the figure just watches me, but one time it stood over me and tried to strangle me. In each dream I am doing different things sometimes I'm sleeping in the dream and others I am just doing my daily activities.
