My worst sleep habit is drinking a ton of water before bed! I catch up on my hydration as I am working on homework at night. The large intake of water causes me to wake up multiple times during the night. 

I am also super bad at watching the clock and calculating how much more time I get to sleep before my alarm goes off. This increases my anxiety and causes me to become frustrated which further negatively impacts my sleep.
