For me currently, I think I would have the worst sleeping routine and habits than more good ones. During the summer, I would go to bed pretty late at around 12 or 1 a.m, from either being out or after my nightly routine of going to bed and getting on phone, scrolling until I got bored. Doing this completely destroyed my sleep schedule so I'm still trying to create a better night routine before going to bed. On the positive side of my terrible schedule for sleeping would be setting white noise to sleep to and the air conditioning in my room being around 60-75 Fahrenheit which always helps me go to sleep.
I would love to improve my sleep by mostly putting my phone down and not getting in bed with it all together, I plan setting it far away from my nightstand so I have to actually get up and turn off my alarm. One other thing I would like to add on to it would be using magnesium glycinate. I want to do anything I can get a healthy amount of sleep.
