My night routine is bad I take a shower and brush my teeth then I am in bed by at least 8. I start doing my homework that is due  the next day or try to get ahead. I usually get done around 10 or 11 and then I watch Netflix on my phone until I fall asleep. I wake up about 1 or 2 times over the night either to pee or I realized my phone has turned off and I turn my show back on and watch it again until I fall back asleep.
