After going over the PowerPoint in class I realized that my nightly sleep routine is very bad. Every night after I take my shower I turn out the light in my room and lay in bed and watch TV until I feel myself getting sleepy. Once I feel myself getting sleepy I will turn my TV off and either read a book on my phone or look at shopping sites for a few minutes. After that I will go to sleep.
A good sleep habit that I have is that I put my phone on DND at night.
