I think I have implemented overall good sleep habits. I start my nighttime routine early and aim to be in bed by 7:30, read, and then lights out by 8:30. I get off my phone, I don't hang out in my bedroom unless I am sleeping, and I am pretty chill. I do struggle with going to sleep when I am tired because who knows when that will be. I feel like I can stay awake for hours into the night and with nothing else to do that would lead to endless scrolling. So I do have to make myself go to sleep but it's only some nights that I struggle with falling asleep. I don't nap often anymore since I go to bed so early and I would hate to throw off my routine. I maintain consistency, I am friendly with food however I do drink too much water before bed and have to make many trips to the bathroom. I also exercise later in the day but if I can get it done in the morning I will. Overall I think I have some good habits down but I do believe I have room to achieve much better sleep.
