I would say I have pretty bad sleep habits. I start to wind down around 10 pm. When I do get in the bed though I go straight to my phone. I start scrolling to find a YouTube video or Netflix show to watch. I usually do that until I get really sleepy and fall asleep. On days when I have 6 am workouts(which is three days a week) i am a really  bad clock watcher. I get really anxious about not waking up to my alarm that I consistently wake up at 3 or 4 am and then i wake up at 5 am and check my clock continuously until my alarm goes off. I also watch tv and play video games on my bed which is a bad habit as well. One thing that i do well is that i shut my blinds and try to make my room as dark as possible to sleep in. I also don't drink caffeine at all or any other substance that could alter my sleep in any way which is another good habit. Sometimes i wake up starving and i grab a snack in the middle of the night which is probably not a good habit either. I plan to start going top bed earlier when my schedule permits it and to not get on my phone once I get in the bed. Since I've starting taking this class i have started to play my games and watch tv in a chair in front of my bed instead of in my bed which has improved my sleep a little bit.

I am bad clock watcher also especially when I have to get up early for something the next day. My worst habit tho is watching tv in bed.
