My worst sleeping habit by far is phone usage. If I’m not tired right when I get in bed, I’ll do absolutely anything on my phone just to pass time until that wave of sleep hits me. Whether it’s scrolling instagram, tiktok, or playing some game, I’ll do that until I’m tired or I look at the time and say “oh shit” and put it on the charger and go to bed. It’s so bad that sometimes I’ll have a singular TikTok playing all night over and over again unless I wake up in the middle of the night and turn it off.
