A good sleep habit that I have is I am very good at making my bed just purely for sleeping. I do my work at my desk facing away from my bed and also never lay on my bed unless I am about to go to sleep. My body knows that when I get in bed, it is time for sleep, and this habit helps me fall asleep.
However, a bad habit that I have is being on my phone a lot before bed. I'll usually get in bed to get about 7 hours of sleep but will only get about 6 1/2 because I get distracted on my phone.
