After meditating for a couple of days now before bed I have seen a slight change in how fast I fall asleep. After finishing the meditation I feel as if my mind does slows down and does not race as much as before. Waking up in the morning is slightly easier I would say as well. I have trouble with trying to meditate for more two minutes. I attempted five minutes and lost focus very easily and have to reset myself.

I also lost focus in those five minutes at the beginning and had to start over but after taking the time to do it and not on my phone I felt much more relaxed ready to sleep. Normally I’m on my phone and it takes me a little while before finally putting it up and going to sleep. I can see why we shouldn’t be on our phones before bed but I do it anyway.
