Meditation and yoga has been a part of my lifestyle choice for over a year now and I have noticed amazing changes within and for myself.
Personally I have never tried to meditate before I went to sleep and I have tried it for a few days, and with me doing so it helped me transition to sleep a lot smoother.
I will have to add this to my night time routine.
Hi Genesis! I too have also never tried meditation before, I'm a big deep breather especially when I am stressed or trying to get myself relaxed before bed. After trying the meditation exercise achieving alpha in class and before bed, I definitely will be adding this to my daily routine because it makes me feel so calm and ready to catch some Zs.
