3. Confusion or doing bone-headed things
4. Gastrointestinal issues. I worked a night shift job and this was a part of life for about a year.
5. Icky, achy, and a distinct soreness. Very heavy eyes
6. In extreme cases, I've experienced a lack of inhibition, impulsiveness, and emotional dysregulation.
7. Feeling high or drunk in extreme cases.
8. When it's just bad sleep, I just become flat and zombie-like. Lack of motivation, not as much of stress response to necessary responsibilities.
