I have really bad sleep habits and that has caused me to be in constant sleep debt. When I don't get enough sleep I'm usually groggy all day, my head hurts, I feel weaker and I cant focus very well in class. On days that I have workouts in the morning I also feel weaker. On days that I usually get 7+ hours of sleep I usually can hit my weight on lifts well but on days that I get less than that I struggle with the same amount of weight on some lifts.
