One of my worst sleeping habits is I am always on my phone when I am in bed. I will lay in my bed for hours just scrolling on tiktok. However, one of my good habits is I always make sure my room is at a comfortable temperature and that I am not hungry or thirsty. If I am hungry or thirsty, it is all I can think about and I won't be able to fall asleep.
