The poster for Vans' Warped Tour was a big inspiration for my poster design.  I think it's effective because it places the featured artists at the main focal point (dead center) of the poster.  It uses fun sketches and creative fonts, both of which are heavily influenced by the punk-rock scene.  I think I can incorporate some of these concepts into my own work and design a poster that appeals to a certain music following.

    Nicolas, I like the poster you chose. I like the fun sketches and creative fonts, as I think it makes the user look at the poster for a longer period of time.

    This is a really cool and appealing poster. The use of the sketches and different fonts play a huge role in the effectiveness of the poster.
