Spotify

I believe Spotify has a great mobile design. It allows the user to download/like specific music, artists, and albums while creating and/or downloading specific playlists. The app is also self-aware and suggests similar artists/music to the user that they might enjoy. Spotify is also very easy to navigate as it only has a home, search, and library page.

Couldn't agree more; Spotify enables listeners to quickly access a playlist of songs by simply entering a certain category, and it gives a personalized feel by allowing the users to create their own playlists which they can also place pictures into. Finally, it allows the users to download a playlist for times when they don't have internet access - game changer.

I agree, I love Spotify. I absolutely love the feature where you can turn your phone/computer/device into a remote and connect your music to your tv or any device that's connected to the same website. I wouldn't use any other music streaming platform, unless I had to. Do you guys see any issues with the interface/mobile design? How does it compare to Apple Music or Soundcloud's interface?

I really like Spotify.  I think they really exemplify how a streaming service should behave and feel.  The dark theme is pleasant on the eyes and the experience is consistent across most platforms.  Aside from a few missteps (in my opinion) along the way, I think Spotify overall offers a phenomenal user experience and great mobile design.

Have you guys ever tried to use Spotify on your tv/apple tv/fire tv? I much prefer the mobile and desktop design over that design... I need to be able to get to my queue from my tv!
