Re: Exploring the FutureI agree with how much CS jobs are going to grow and think that many other jobs will be influenced by CS and technology in the future.Post by Robert Brown
Re: Exploring the FutureNot only influenced by CS, but informed by humans. The reason type and color is finally back in the forefront is because people want "authentic" experiences - not only with brand honestly, but also comfort. If the color, text, layout, etc. feels comfortable, they're much more likely to want to spend more time there and hopefully spend more money
A great case study right now is Animal Crossing. It will always have its' diehard fans, but the fact it was released a week after shutdowns started and features a remote island that you can relax and build up at your own pace, with idyllic scenery and calming music, helped Nintendo to blow their sales forecasts out of the water - it's an extremely calming and comfortable game, and everyone wants that right now.

Re: Exploring the FutureThis makes me think back to learning HTML and CSS because, even though it seems like more work, I think it is easier to create a page from scratch that it is to follow a template. The reason I think this is because you, as a creator, already have a base of the exact design you want, and it can be harder to follow a template because you are not getting to work in every detail you want.Parent of this post↑ Reply to SKSaydee Keith from Christopher McClintock
Building HTMLSaydee, I agree! Building a site from scratch is usually easier than working off of a template. It is harder to edit other work that is not yours!Post by Kaylan Hines
Exploring the FutureI agree, CS is becoming more and more effective each day because just about everything is technology now.
