I am really enjoying this internship. I feel like that I am getting the hang of what to do and what to say to my clients. I have to update clients files and make sure the file has everything it needs for us to move forward. I try to get those files and documentation quickly because the faster the files are updated, the faster we can get out clients the help they need.
I think when clients tell me the situations they are facing, I believe I'm getting better at not letting my emotions take over me. It can be extremely hard because we are aware of people needing assistance, but listening to the clients problems is different. You are the person they are calling because they need help. I never thought I would be doing something like this, but i do enjoy it. I use their situations as fuel to work fast so we are able to assist them with whatever they need.
