Prop.
Research Proposal with Bibliography = Prop.
Please Post (COPY & PASTE) Your Research Proposal (simply state: “I propose to research ____”) with a 5 item bibliography (5 possible sources, at least 2 peer reviewed) -- due before Friday midnight
CITATIONS
Please use Chicago short style of documentation. Chicago is simple: at the end of a quotation or paraphrase, just before the period, simply insert in parentheses the author and date of your citation followed by a comma and the page # = (Author date, page #). So, for example you might write
Jullien argues that . . . (Jullien 1995, 93).
Then, at the end of your document (BIBLIOGRAPHY) title a "References" page and list all sources in the following style:
Pollan, Michael. 2006. The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals. New York: Penguin.
For special situations and additional bibliographical examples see

If I see problems, I’ll let you know on the forum or via email.
