Since there are so many of us here, I thought I'd create a space for us all to introduce ourselves. As well as your name and major, tell us something about yourself, as well as any career goals you have in mind right now. There are no right or wrong answers - let's get to know one another.
My name is Robert (Rob) Brown. When I'm not in class I work as the Assistant Director of Digital Content for Birmingham-Southern College. I've run a freelance design studio, Browneagle Studio, since 2003, working with clients large and small. I've worked with clients as large as the Army and House of Staunton to small clients like the Boy Scouts of America and Coffeeology Café. I have a Master of Arts (MA) in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University.
When I'm not at BSC, I'm working nights and weekends at the Birmingham REI at The Summit, as well as hiking local areas and training to trek to the Mt. Everest Base Camp next fall in preparation to Climb Denali within the next couple of years.
