Title your Meditation with a single adjective that summarizes your "experience" of the text (when you "reply" to the thread change the title to your word), then in your post elaborate “why” you chose this word. Include at least one textual passage, example with reference. When quoting the Laozi Daodejing cite "Laozi and *chapter number*", so for example, if you quote Laozi chapter 64 you would simply write cite (Laozi 64).
