In my paper, I want to confirm Dao as a religion and also distinguish it from Western religions. I also want to point out the differences between Chinese and Western religions. In doing so, I hope to point out the uniqueness of Asian religion, traditions, values, and culture.

I propose to research leadership correlating with the character Zhong. I will look at the idea of the heart and mind connecting and hitting the bullseye, and how this illustrates that women belong in leadership along with the men, and not allowing them in places of leadership could result in chaos.
