This week in lab we are going to isolate of heavy metal resistance bacteria from your Sloss soil samples! Before your laboratory period next week, please do the following:

  1. Get the required supplies for lab. (Lab Manual and Knisely Text)
  2. Read Lab Manual (pgs. iv-9); Knisely (pgs. 31-35).
  3. Pre-lab Quiz 1 is due before your lab.
  4. Laboratory Safety Quiz is due before your lab.
