Comparative Analysis of Soil Communities
This week we will evaluate the prevalence of heavy metal resistant bacteria in your Sloss soil samples and begin a comparative analysis of residential soil communities.
Things to complete before next week's lab.
- Read Lab Manual (pgs. 13-16); Knisely (pgs. 55-58).
- Read this article about the 35th Avenue Superfund Site.
- Pre-lab Quiz 2 due before lab.
- Begin Campus Scavenger Hunt. Complete the search for campus resources. Please attach selfies for each mission as well as provide the answer to the riddles for each mission.
