This week in lab you have the opportunity to observe your heavy metal resistant strains under the microscope and learn more about their cell morphology! We will also continue to work on components of your laboratory report.

Before lab, complete the following:
    1. Read Lab Manual (pgs. 19-24)
    2. Pre-lab Quiz 4 due before lab.
    3. Coming up - Figure 1 Draft due October 1st. The remaining data (residential CFU and biodiversity) for this figure can be found here: Data File.
