This week in lab we discuss the mechanisms of heavy metal resistance and you have the opportunity to assess the how resistant your bacteria is to the different heavy metals. Before lab you should complete the following assignments.

      1. Figure 1 Draft due  at 8:00 am  (Details Here).
      2. Read Lab Manual (pgs. 27-28); Knisely (pgs. 84-87).
      3. Pre-lab Quiz 5 due before lab.
