Note: For the first question (and only the first question) you will need to use your cell phone video camera. You will also need to have a functioning YouTube account in order to upload a video. Please make sure that you are all set with these elements before you start your quiz. This question is worth 20 points. 

The second question is also worth 20 points.

Questions 3-14 are worth 5 points each.

Questions 2-14 are essay questions. There is not a word count requirement. Just be sure to answer the questions thoroughly.
