You should first discuss the distinctive characteristics of African Christianity (400-500 words). What are some aspects of Christianity in Africa that make it different from the Christianity you are familiar with in America, for example? What are some African cultural, economic, or political factors that might be shaping those distinctive aspects of Christianity there?
You should also, briefly (100-200 words), discuss why it matters that these differences exist.

In your opinion, what are some of the implications of the fact that Christianity can be so different because of its cultural context?
Why is it important to consider that many African Christians think that American Christians are "wrong" and vice versa?
